In a Belgrade neighbourhood of densely packed family homes, Mapa Architects designed the two-storey house AC 31 for two families, with different residential unit configurations and a small shared courtyard at the rear, arranged in cascading terraces. The volume of the house emphasises strong geometry and linearity \u2014 the cuboid as the primary motif is broken up by fa\u00e7ade openings, a lateral staircase wing and a semi-open, articulated ground floor. For this project Artefacto supplied furniture and a kitchen, including the SAINT-GERMAIN sofa and the Lounge kitchen.<\/p>\n
