House AC 31 – Family Home in Belgrade

In a Belgrade neighbourhood of densely packed family homes, Mapa Architects designed the two-storey house AC 31 for two families, with different residential unit configurations and a small shared courtyard at the rear, arranged in cascading terraces. The volume of the house emphasises strong geometry and linearity — the cuboid as the primary motif is broken up by façade openings, a lateral staircase wing and a semi-open, articulated ground floor. For this project Artefacto supplied furniture and a kitchen, including the SAINT-GERMAIN sofa and the Lounge kitchen.
