BB_23 Apartment Interior – A Spacious Family Home on Banovo Brdo

In a new residential-commercial building on Banovo Brdo, KAI Architecture (designers Predrag Krstić, Tamara Vukotić and Emilija Petrinjac) designed the spacious BB_23 apartment for a family of five — engaging at the construction stage, which allowed the space to be closely tailored to the occupants’ needs. The apartment is clearly divided into day and night zones: in the daytime area, a comfortable minimalist seating suite invites relaxation, the kitchen with a smaller dining table is separated by glass doors, and a generous dining table at the far end brings the family together for meals. Natural materials and refined lines create the warmth of a home. Artefacto supplied furniture and lighting.
